FAQ/SHOP POLICIES

Orders within Canada will be sent by letter mail 💌 (no tracking number), if you want a tracking number, it will be an extra charge. US orders will be sent with tracking number by USPS 📦 and International orders will be sent by Canada Post 💌✈️.

DISCLAIMER
- Once we have shipped the order with Canada Post or USPS we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item.

- Unfortunately if a situation arises where the shipping handler misplaces or mishandles the item, we will try to work with you to send a replacement item for a charge.

- Please double check your delivery address! Once we have shipped the item we can no longer redirect your package!

- We are small business owners working on this for our love and passion of all things anime! Please remember that our dispatch/delivery times are dependent on the post office delivery times.
